Returns and Exchanges
We stand behind our products and we want you to feel that you have been treated well by people who really care about you. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Jason Fetko Studio products, we offer a full refund minus a restocking fee and shipping charges.
Please allow 5 business days for processing and another 5 days for the adjustment to reach your account. With that in mind, here are the simple rules:
Return and exchange periods
Tangible products can be returned/exchanged within 30 days of purchase date, provided it is returned in original condition unless they were defective or were damaged when you received them.
Bundles must be returned with all of their original contents intact, and special promotional packages must also be returned with all original items intact, including any free premium items which were included.
Products that cannot be returned:
- One of a kind Original Paintings
- Products that have been used.
Restocking Fee
All returns/exchanges are subject to a restocking charge in the amount of (i) Twenty Dollars ($20) or (ii) thirty five percent (35%) of the gross sales price of the order, whichever is greater.
Final sale and nonreturnable items
All Final Sale merchandise cannot be returned. Other nonreturnable purchases include custom orders, personalized orders, digital content, or gift cards.
Like new condition
Items need to be returned in a like-new condition. Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented, scratched or missing major contents may be denied a return.
Shipping Charges
Jason Fetko Studios does not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.
Refunds (if applicable)
If these requirements are met, and no more than 30 days have passed since you purchased the items you are returning, a refund will be issued without question. Refunds will always be issued in the same manner as payment was received (for example: payment by debit card will result in a refund by debit card, less shipping costs).
We will notify you by email when the products you return are received by us. Please allow up to 10 business days for the processing of your refund after you have been notified that the products have arrived at our facility.
